For Returns and Alterations, please take a look at our policy here. The discretion to accept alterations / returns remains the sole right to us.
If your first shirt can be altered, no remake will be issued. If, however, your shirt cannot be altered successfully, we will remake the shirt free of charge. The decision is our sole discretion.
For a remake to be initiated, the shirt needs to be shipped back to us. You may contact our Customer Experience team support@menspoke.com who will arrange a pick-up of the garment for any location in India.
We offer free alterations / exchanges / refunds as applicable for 30 days from the time of delivery.
After 30 days, we charge a flat fee depending on the type of alteration you require.
Ready-to-wear garments cannot be altered.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your garment.
